Cabo San Lucas walk-about

On this stop in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, we were actually on a mission: get a rabies vaccine in port and rush it back to the MSC Poesia so the ship’s doctor could treat Nikki after a monkey bite she got in Costa Rica. Once we finally had the vaccine in hand, we took a little time to walk around the cruise port, film some of the marina and local streets, and then stroll a short way into town. In this short walk-about, you’ll see what it’s like just off the pier area in Cabo: shops, bars, and restaurants, plus the casual vibe you can experience even when your “excursion” priority isn’t typical sightseeing. We stopped for lunch at the El Coral restaurante, grabbed a quick bite, and then had to hustle back to the ship before departure time. This is part of our Travel Past 60 Vlog series from what we’ve called our “worst cruise ever” on MSC Poesia, but it still includes some honest, on-the-ground looks at ports like Cabo San Lucas.
