We took a back-to-back cruise on Carnival Splendor out of Sydney Australia add discovered two restaurant concepts that we had not seen on Carnival previously Masala Tiger that mainly serves Indian cuisine as well as a Chinese venue which serves handmade dumplings Both are totally delicious We love the vegetarian entrees at Carnival serves in the US market in the main dining room. But we also fell in love with a variety of the full Indian buffet.
