Carnival announces new Main Dining Room dinner test program. It's called Express Dining and it's only being tested onboard the Carnival Vista currently. It's goal is to get passengers in and out of the MDR in 45 minutes. It is only being offered to those passengers who have selected Anytime Dining for their cruise.
