We booked Carnival Horizon from 9/11/2022 to 10/1/2022 which were 3 cruises, back to back to back, 2 Premiers and the final cruise, an Ultra. We were on the ship for 21 days and present in the Casino every day/night and especially for the Premier's and Ultra's supposedly "random" drawings. With the amount of drawings and promotions, like Fireball Hot Seat etc, our odds of being picked were around 2 to 1. Yet, in 21 days, we were never picked. Most Ultra guests got the lowest Ultra guaranteed gift and the daily gifts in our cabin were nothing more than Dollar Tree looking and quality. We are extremely disappointed and even spoke with the Casino Host about what we and others were observing every day but it all fell on deaf ears.
