Carnival Mardi Gras has the Carnival Kitchen which allows you a chance to learn from their chefs. We attended one of the Carnival Kitchen classes, Sushi 101. For $30 per person we learned how to make 2 kinds of sushi rolls and had lunch. It was Mother's Day on the seven seas and dinner with the family was wonderful. We also enjoyed the Fortune Teller Bar which is a fun and new bar concept for Carnival Mardi Gras.
