Carnival Mardi Gras is the only cruise ship that I know that offers 3 different restaurant dining options for every guest. They are the main dining rooms Palm and Flamingo, The Chibang Asian Mexican Dining and Cucina del Capitano. The Chibang and Cucina have the same menus every night.
