Carnival Radiance Cloud 9 Spa Balcony Stateroom Tour and Favorite Things About This Cruise Itinerary

Have you ever stayed in a Cloud 9 Spa Balcony Stateroom on a Carnival Ship? We recently stayed on deck 10 (stateroom 1016) in a Cloud 9 Spa cabin and I'm excited to share with you what that was like. On this ship, we were given access to the Thermal Suite heated lounge chairs (thermal beds) but as I mention in the video, we tried to go many times but the beds were quite often full. Booking a Cloud 9 Spa cabin does also give you spa discounts and robes in the room, but mostly I think these rooms are great because of the location on the ship. This Carnival Radiance was a 4 day/night cruise out of the Long Beach cruise port with two port stops: one in Catalina Island and one in Ensenada. I absolutely LOVE Catalina Island and highly recommend getting off the ship and spending the day just wandering around, it's fabulous. Overall, I thought that the Carnival Radiance was a nice ship. It's not as fancy or new as some of the other Carnvial ships, but I do think you get a lot of bang for your buck. Favorites on board included: *The chicken restaurant on Carnival Radiance is called Big Chicken, and it's owned and operated by Shaquille O'Neal. (oh my gosh the BEST chicken!!) *Definitely check out the Karaoke - we were blown away by the talent on this ship (and maybe it was just this ship, lol!) *Dive-in Movies (great NEW movies and the atmosphere was wonderful) * The casino: HUGE and full of the newest and greatest games *The fitness center *Alchemy Bar and Heroes Tribute Bar As you know, I'm a big fan of Carnival cruise ships, and I love checking out new ships to share with you.
