Carnival Venezia Stateroom 8238 Tour | Interior Cabin

Carnival Venezia Interior Stateroom 8238. We spent 15 nights in the brand new bed on the inaugural transatlantic sailing. We have enough information to tell you all about this rooms including what we loved, didn't love, and thought was strange. The room is located on deck 8 in the forward portion of the ship. It's all about location, location, location in 8238, as we were 2 decks away from all of the action on the Lido deck, and only 3 decks to get down to the Teatro Rosso, the Fun Shops, and several of our favorite eateries and bars. We always prefer interior rooms for how quiet they are; we can come back to the room at 2 in the afternoon and get in the best nap possible, as if it's 2 in the morning! Upon walking in, we immediately notice the Italian flare in the carpeting and the mural on the headboard wall. It feels like we've been magically transported away from being on a Carnival ship altogether, until we hear Chief Fun Officer, Shaq, telling us about how to be safe while having fun on board! The gold-framed mirror, 3 fixed hooks behind the door, and the upgraded designs to the bathroom really set these staterooms apart from other ships we've become so familiar with. There were a couple of issues that we did have with this room, one which woke us up almost every morning at 6 and another that was just present throughout the entire sailing.
