Carnival has completely upgraded Half Moon Cay—but is the new RelaxAway actually better than before? In this full tour and honest review, we walk off Carnival Sunrise using the new pier, explore the Arrival Plaza, explain the complimentary tram system, and visit every beach area on the newly opened north side of RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay.
