Castaway Cay Walkthrough--Main Areas--2024

This walkthrough of Castaway Cay, Disney Cruise Line's private island (the original one), begins outside Scuttle's Cove, the second tram stop and the on-island kids club. We walk all the way back to the entrance to the Family Cabanas, past the shops, Cookies, Cookies Too, the splash pad, beaches and more. This was the stop during our Marvel Day at Sea Cruise in early January. It was a cloudy, not very warm and windy day. During the afternoon it started to rain. During our visit the slides at Pelican's Point were closed. It would have been quite cold waiting for them so maybe that was why. I know they were opened for other cruises after.
