This was one of those perfect Caribbean cruise days that had the best mix of island adventure and ship life. Our Celebrity Apex port stop in St. Kitts and Nevis turned into the ultimate Nevis day trip as we hopped on a water taxi from St. Kitts to Nevis for a day of exploring. The vibe in Nevis is just different — relaxed, beautiful, and effortlessly upscale. 🌴 We started with lunch at Cabanas at Lime, right on the beach with incredible island views 🍺 Then made a fun stop at Nevis Peak Brewery for local craft beer ☕ And of course, we had to grab coffee at Mojo's Coffee before we grabbed a ride back to the water taxi with a friendly local. After an amazing day island hopping, we returned to the ship and slowed the evening down with dinner in Celebrity Apex’s main dining room. Will we love it or will we hate it? And because no cruise night is complete without a little fun… we ended the night with trivia after dinner, which is one of the best onboard activities if you love easy, classic cruise entertainment.
