On episode six of our Celebrity Infinity cruise through the mediterranean we begin our journey through several ports in Italy. We start in Sicily in the port city of Messina. We head to the train station to take the train down the coast to the stunning city of Taormina. We find an amazing spot to view the mediterranean. We check out the San Domenica palace where another one of our favorite tv shows was filmed. We track down a delicious lunch at an off the beaten path restaurant. Basically, we spend our day exploring the city on our own before heading back to the ship. This was a completely self guided excursion and hopefully it will help you if you ever want to make your way to Taormina.
