Celebrity Summit Tour, Food & Activities (4K)

Take a tour of the Celebrity Summit via our June 2019 voyage on the cruise ship. The Summit underwent dry dock earlier in 2019, so here you get to see the result of its refurbishment. You will see deck-by-deck the public areas of the ship, as well as our cabin, plus what food (buffet, main dining room, specialty restaurants) to expect. Also get an idea of what activities you can partake and the type of entertainment you will experience aboard the ship. Some of our favorite features of the cruise ship included the relaxing Solarium, Sky Lounge with its expansive views, and yes, a gym that is open 24 hours which is the first we've seen at sea. Also rare is that guests can use the sauna and the showers at the Spa without any additional charge. The Sunset Bar is true to its name- it provided us with some amazing views of, well, the sun setting! The Retreat areas are for suite guests- a nice bonus for those seeking extra relaxation staying in suites. Overall we very much enjoyed our 11 night cruise on the Summit which visited Bermuda, Maine (Portland & Bar Harbor) and Boston. The Summit certainly gets a positive review from us- friendly staff, enjoyable entertainment, very good food plus a fun itinerary on a classy ship!
