Costa Cruises 'Costa Mediterranea' visits Southampton early morning 11/05/18

Costa Cruises Ship 'Costa Mediterranea' an unusual visitor arrived early morning in Southampton 11th May 2018 for a 07:30am arrival at the City Cruise Terminal from her last port call of St Peter Port in the Channel Islands. She is being repositioned to cruise in Northern Europe from Amsterdam in Holland and Bremerhaven in Germany. This is the first time I beleive that the 15 year old cruise ship has ever entered the Port of Southampton and it is great to see her here a different cruise ship makes all the difference, 'Costa Mediterranea' will call again here next month as part of her cruise itinerary for 2018. She will depart later this evening for her next port of call which is Zeebrugge in Belgium.
