Costa Diadema Day 1 - Embarkation in Marseille and Our First Day Onboard

In October 2023, we flew from London Gatwick to Marseille with easyJet to embark on our cruise onboard Costa Diadema. This was our first experience of a Costa Cruise, and our first experience of booking flights separately to the cruise, so we we're a little worried about how things would go! In this first video we experience embarkation, and explore the ship for the first time. Costa Diadema is a Dream Class cruise ship, owned by Carnival Corporation. She entered service in 2014, and was formerly the flag ship of Costa Crociere. Diadema can carry almost 5000 passengers at maximum capacity and spends most of her summer season in the Mediterranean, which is where we were for our cruise.
