Adventure of the Seas stop in Costa Maya. Dance of the Flyers. Also known as "Flying of the Dead" that represents the health of the Father sun and its done as a request to the god of rain to fertilize the land. "Like birds soaring through the air, they spiral majestically 13 times as they descend to the bottom of the pole.Th ceremony has been practiced 2500 years.
