Cruise news today. Royal Caribbean’s first Royal Beach Club is opening earlier than planned. The Royal Beach Club Paradise Island in Nassau will now debut December 23, 2025, four days ahead of schedule. Guests can purchase all-inclusive day passes featuring beaches, pools, 10 bars, live music, and the world’s largest swim-up bar. Norwegian Cruise Line has changed the itinerary for the Norwegian Escape after a propulsion speed issue slowed the ship. The 14-night repositioning cruise from New York to New Orleans has dropped stops in San Juan and Grand Cayman, replacing them with an extra sea day and a call in the DR. Norwegian says the decisions were made with guest experience in mind. Princess Cruises’ Sapphire Princess has completed a two-week dry dock in Oregon with two new specialty restaurants now onboard — Makoto Ocean and Crown Grill. Makoto Ocean is a sushi venue created by world renowned sushi chef. The Crown Grill is a longtime fleet favorite and the line’s signature steakhouse. Both venues open November 16 and carry a $60 cover charge, or are included with the Princess Premier package. Cruise line stocks for CCL, RCL, NCLH, and VIK.
