Cruise ship re-opens door for pier runner in a pedicab. I filmed this from the sun deck of the Caribbean Princess while we were docked in Cozumel, Mexico on July 6th, 2018. I didn't think ships would re-open the door but sure enough that did in this case. Pretty wild.
