Cruise stop In Maui explores the HALEAKALA Crater & MAUI Ocean Center. I take you on a PRINCESS Grand Princess Hawaii all-day tour that includes lunch and a visit to the massive volcanic crater and an interactive aquarium. The drive to Haleakala travels a winding, uphill road for piles to the entrance of the Haleakala National Park. The volcano's massive crater is over seven miles long and three miles wide. THE VIEW AT THE RIM IS AMAZING! The Maui Ocean Center has dozens of exhibits, a touch pool and the 54-foot underwater transparent tube you can walk under and observe all the fish and sharks swimming around. The lunch is provided at the Seascape restaurant, onsite. The food was good! There is a gift shop for all types of souvenirs as well. This Aquarium would be perfect for toddlers or preschoolers or even younger grade school kids. It would make a good field trip! **NOTE. Book your tours early. I did not and this was my second choice. I really just wanted to see the crater but ended up buying this trip with the aquarium included. It costs $100 pp more! FYI.
