Cruising China's Coast on the Viking Yi Dun

This video highlights a 9-night cruise with Viking on the Yi Dun along the coast of China. This was the first part of a 15-day itinerary called “Classic China & the Coast.” We visited the ports of Shenzhen, Xiamen, Pingtan, Dongtou, Zhoushan and Shanghai. Shore excursions included hiking Yandang Mountain, visiting Gulangyu Island, Haitan Ancient Town, Huihe Stone Cultural Park, the Guanyin Altar, and attending the Impression Putuo Performance. We also cover the differences between the Zhao Shang Yi Dun/Viking Yi Dun and the other Viking Ocean Ships to include décor, cuisine and onboard activities. Charlie and Jennifer Pryde have lived in The Villages for four years and in Central Florida for eighteen years. Our main activities in The Villages are biking, fitness parks, pickle ball, platform tennis, golf and swimming. We love to travel throughout Florida, the United States and internationally.
