Well, what a treat this was, a stay in a Queens Suite on board the brand new luxury Cunard Queen Anne Cruise Ship. I was in cabin (or rather suite) #6243 which is at the aft on deck 6 and has an extra big/deep balcony as a result. This video offers a tour and inside look at the whole cabin, from the bedroom area and the sheets/pillows/mattress/bedside tables/lighting etc. to the lounge, tv's, seating, minibar, drinks-making facilities, balcony, cupboards/storage, mirrors and balcony. This is a wow balcony and a wow cabin too quite frankly. The design and decor is sumptuous and elegant and the bathrobe is the softest/fluffiest ever. But piece de resistance for me is that actual bath tub - I do run a bath with bubbles and get in. It would have been rude not to. The whole bathroom is beautiful actually, with marble effect and gorgeous Penhaligon toiletries. The cabin also has a really good range of plug sockets which caters to a lot of nationalities - British, European and North American...very impressive - as well as USB sockets too. So stylish, so beautiful, I wish I could have stayed longer in it. PS: I think this cabin/suite has more drawers/cabins than any other cabin I've ever stayed in and would work well for longer cruises.
