About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description↓

There are two exclusive restaurant's on board Cunard's Anne which only suite guests can dine in - one is the Queens Grill (the very top restaurant) and the other is the Princess Grill (the next best). Guests of Queen's Grill suites dine in the Queen's Grill and guests of Princess Grill suites (one rung down) dine in the Princess Grill. Both have a private club kind of feel and a shared lounge and I was lucky enough to be able to try BOTH of them out during two recent stays on the ship. This film shows exactly what dinner is like in both of these restaurants (as well as what each restaurant looks like) and pits one versus the other. In the end I have to decide which one is better? Watch the film to see which one I thought had the edge (or not!) and to enjoy watching some food - and some live cooking - without consuming the calories. In the Queens Grill I make my way through SEVEN courses: a Prosciutto amuse-bouche; ducks liver with madeira parfait; lobster bisque with aged cognac; a celeriac and apple salad; lemon sole for mains; cheesecake and then a cheese board. In the Princess Grill I order cured chalk stream trout for starters, followed by a Greek Salad, then roast duck a l'orange (which was a la carte and I'd had to pre-order and which was cooked at the table and was sensational and laced with Cointreau. And lastly for dessert I had Crepes Suzette (which was full of Grand Marnier) - again this had to be pre-ordered and was also cooked at the table. Thank you Cunard for so much delicious, gourmet cuisine. I'd like to come back for more!
