I'm staying in a Deluxe Verandah Room with a navigator's verandah. I tour you around the room and the ship throughout this 7 part vlog series. This cruise is seven nights long, departing from Port Canaveral in Florida, after two days at sea, the first port of call is Tortola: British Virgin Islands, St Thomas: U.S. Virgin Islands which is pirate nights, followed by a Star Wars Day at Sea and finally a day on Disney's private island Castaway Cay before returning to Port Canaveral. My room was located on deck 9, towards the back of the ship and I was in the second seating at dinner. In today's Day 1 vlog, I travel from Disney's Caribbean Beach at Walt Disney World aboard Disney Cruise Line's transfer service. I board the Disney Fantasy in no time at all, whisking through security, check-in and right onto the ship. After having a little cry after boarding, I head to my stateroom for a little soak up of the room. I then head to Cabanas for some food before going to the safety drill and then the Sailing Away party. Up on deck 11 for the sail away party with Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Goofy, Chip, Dale, Donald and Daisy. I then take a quick tour of the ship showing you the spa, the Buena Vista Theatre, Walt Disney Theatre and the Merchandise Locations. It's then to Royal Court for a beautiful four course dinner before turning in for the night.
