Palo is one of the adults only, up-charge restaurants that is on every ship in the Disney Cruise Line Fleet (although it's called Palo Steakhouse on the Wish, Treasure, and Destiny). We recently had dinner in Palo on our recent cruise on the Disney Magic. Palo has 2 separate menus and we took advantage of them both. Bill ordered from the Prix Fixe menu, this is a preset menu with a choice of appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert. Bill chose the Fritto di Calamari e Gamberi, the Mesclun salad, the Angus Beef Tenderloin and ended his meal with the famous chocolate souffle. Kari decided to order ala carte on this visit and ordered the Heirloom Tomato, Burrata Mozzarella Caprese, her whole reason for ordering ala carte, the Soft Potato Gnocchi, the Angus Beef Tenderloin and the chocolate souffle. As Platinum cruisers, we each received a $55 credit for our meal. Bill's meal was covered by this credit and we had to pay a small amount extra for Kari's meal.
