This is our third trip to Palo between our back-to-back cruises. As a Platinum member we get one free Palo meal, or more accurately, we get one $45 p/person credit at Palo per cruise. One way Palo Brunch differs from dinner is the entire Brunch menu is pre-fixed and is AYCTE. One other change, since Covid, is before there was a buffet included during brunches. For this brunch we were able to try some different items we didn't get during our first brunch.
