A brand-new experience for us, we had the opportunity to enjoy Prima Notte on our recent Disney Wonder cruise. Prima Notte or "first night" in Italian, is an experience that is offered in Palo on the first night of the cruise. On the Disney Wonder, this experience took place in the private dining room and there were only 12 of us taking part. Our evening started with some sparkling wine and upon being seated, we were treated to 4 Italian wines paired with small bites from Palo's kitchen. The pairings were perfect, from the white wine with the gnocchi to the dessert wine with the chocolate pillow, they were so amazing. The only thing was that we wished there was more. This may be our new favorite tasting experience and can't wait to do it again!
