D23 2026 just delivered a TON of Disney Parks announcements… but were they all as exciting as everyone is making them sound? In this video, I’m giving you my HONEST reaction to the D23 Horizons: A Disney Experiences Showcase, including the biggest Walt Disney World announcements, the projects that REALLY got me excited, the ones that left me scratching my head, and a few announcements that I just didn’t find as exciting as some other Disney creators. From Villains Land and Piston Peak at Magic Kingdom, to Monstropolis at Hollywood Studios, Tropical Americas and Indiana Jones at Animal Kingdom, and the return of Figment and Dreamfinder at EPCOT, there is definitely a LOT coming to Disney Parks. (The Walt Disney Company) But here’s the thing… Just because Disney announced it doesn’t mean we all have to feel the same way about it. Some announcements were HUGE wins for me. Others? Not so much. And one thing I kept asking throughout the presentation was: WHEN? There were some exciting announcements without a lot of specific opening dates or timelines attached—and I want to talk about what that means for Walt Disney World and for all of us planning future Disney trips. So forget the hype for a minute and come hear what I REALLY THINK about D23 2026. You may agree with me. You may completely disagree with me. And that’s okay!
