Roseau, capital and chief town of Dominica, an independent island republic in the Caribbean Sea. It lies on the island’s southwestern coast, at the mouth of the Roseau River. Dominica Caribbean and Atlantic ocean divide- Scott's Head Pinnacles. This is a must see if you travel to Dominica. You have a very, very small piece of land separating the raging Atlantic ocean from the calm, serene Caribbean Sea . Idyllic fishing village, a lovely peaceful bay. The hike up the hill is easy-with proper shoes (about 10 min). The view from the top is spectacular! It has a great view point overlooking the cruise ships harbour as well as the city of Roseau, capital of Dominica. Spotted a double rainbow over the city of Roseau.
