Eastern Danube River Cruise on Tui Skyla: Iron Gates

In episode three of our Tui river cruise on Tui Skyla we cruise through the Iron Gates. We see the huge face carved into the rock, in honour of the King of Dacia, Decebalus. We take a Tui River Cruises excursion to an archeological site called Lepenski Vir and end our day at the Golubac Fortress. This was our second day in Serbia on our Danube river cruise and was a nice contrast to the city we visited in the previous episode. The Danube Iron Gates are picturesque and very similar to cruising the Norwegian Fjords. The beauty of river cruising is the destinations you see and a European river cruise offers an excellent mix of cities and scenery.
