While in Kauai we went on a helicopter tour with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters to fly around the entire island of Kauai in the beautiful state of Hawaii. Not only did we fly around the island, but we also visited locations from some of the biggest Hollywood blockbusters! At the start of our tour we seen the river where Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark opening sea plane scene was filmed. We traveled further to see Manawaiopuna Falls; the iconic waterfall from Jurassic Park. Along the NaPali Coast the filming locations for Pirates of the Caribbean & 6 Days and 7 Nights were right below us as we flew over Honopu Beach. On our way back we viewed from a distance the movie set for Disney's Jungle Cruise while it was in production. Movies weren't the only views from the helicopter. We traveled all along the island for views of waterfalls that are completely inaccessible and viewed only from above. There were many sights to see that made our trip to Kauai much more memorable thanks to Blue Hawaiian Helicopter Tours!
