It certainly falls into a best place to retire category, We travel by train from Florence to the “Green Heart of Italy” and visit with our friends for 3 glorious days of eating, more eating, visiting and seeing some countryside as well. It is a simple life in Umbria with less crowds and lower prices than Tuscany, but still having great food and beautiful landscapes.
