But only a handful of people will be given clearance. Oceangate Expeditions president Stockton Rush will be using his privately owned five-person submarine to explore the famous wreck during voyages slated to take place between May and September. Also today the CDC lifted the Cruise ship no sail order, but don't think you will see any cruise passengers anytime soon.
