Welcome to Ketchikan, Alaska! I stopped here while on my Alaska Cruise on Carnival Miracle. We pulled in right in the heart of the historic downtown area. I begin the video by exploring the port area on foot. There are many souvenir shops, bars, restaurants, and tourist attraction right there. Then, I take you with my on a trolley tour or the town and local area. I purchased tis tour that morning as I stepped off of the ship. The cost was about $50 and lasted a little over an hour. It is a guided tour and the guide pointed all of the points of interest along the way. We were even given the opportunity to get off of the trolley at a few stops along the way to take some pictures. We were then dropped off back by the ship. I then take you with me as i take a walk to Ketchikan's famous Creek Street. It is an easy walk from the pier and it doesn't cost anything to enter and walk around. There are countless small businesses there selling all kinds of souvenirs. Of course the real attraction for me was the beautiful natural scenery of the rushing creek itself and the majestic trees lining the path. I really enjoyed my visit and hope to go again someday. i hope you enjoyed this video as well. Let me know in the comments what you think and if you have any questions.
