Exploring the Danube Delta | Romania’s Incredible Wetlands
YouTube Video Description↓
http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com The Danube Delta is a mecca for birders (which Steve and I are not but it was part of the Romania tour) who come to see migrating birds that come from as far away as China and Africa. This Biosphere can be explored as part of a Danube River Cruise, on day trips and boat excursions from Tulcea. Our Explore Worldwide group took a ferry across a section of the Danube, which was definitely not Blue, to Tulcea and prepared to board a boat for two nights. The mighty Danube not only runs through: Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, and Ukraine; but the Danube Biosphere also has the third largest biodiversity in the world! Only the Great Barrier Reef and Galapagos Archipelago in Ecuador exceed it. This should be interesting... Please don't forget to Subscribe Share and Like. Thanks
