Hurricane Enrique moving northwards off Mexico's Pacific coast strengthened slightly overnight before weakening during the day today, though part of Mexico remains at risk of flash floods. Enrique is still expected to produce 6 to 12 inches of rain through Tuesday, and in some places as much as 18 inches over Colima and coastal sections of Michoacan, Jalisco and Guerrero states, so said the National Hurricane Center.
