We finally make it to Scotland and we are greeted with Scottish weather… RAIN! We port in Queensferry on Norwegian Dawn on the first stop of our British Isles cruise. We booked the hop on hop off bus excursion which picks us up at the port and starts the tour here into Edinburgh. I am so glad that we booked this as at least we got to see a good bit of the city this way since the weather was a bit against us. But we did hop off in a nice area when the rain slowed down and took our driver’s advice on a local pub for lunch. The city of Edinburgh is amazing!! The architecture and the history!
