https://www.TravelsWithSheila.com Stop to think. NCL Spirit uses: 36.400 eggs; 25,000 cups of yogurt; and 16,000 pounds of beef per WEEK. And feed 2,000 passengers and 1,000 staff 3+ meals a day. It's nothing short of a miracle how the galley turns out such tasty food meal after meal! Oceania brags that they serve "the best food" at sea (as do many other cruise lines) but I think NCL food service is excellent and on par with more luxurious ships. Look for the "yum" on my favorites and Bon Apetit! April, 2019
