a new framework for uk cruise operations is being launched

the whole cruise industry has been coming together and working very collaboratively on producing a framework document

it provides um a real end-to-end structure from the point that people book uh right through to the point that they get off the ship

this is another step in the journey that we're going down and having the government endorsement of these frameworks is a really big step forward
