Get a Free Pasta lunch at the specialty Italian trattoria (restaurant) “Cucina del Capitano” on the Carnival Radiance. During the lunch hours, Carnival opens up this restaurant for cruisers to sit and enjoy a hand made to order pasta dish and tossed salad. They advertise this as a pasta bar, but really it becomes a pasta diner. You choose the pasta, sauce, all the makings. The server takes your order to the chefs and staff will get busy making it up fresh lunch for you. Cucina just want you to sit back and relax until they bring dish to you to enjoy. It was not a long wait to get our pasta dish, salad and garlic bread. This was a wonderful experience and the staff was wonderful. A must do on your cruise. Cucina del Capitano is based around a neighborhood Italian trattoria means you’re in for a certain kind of dining experience.
