Our cruise ship brings us to beautiful Bergen, Norway This is day 3 of a 9 day Norwegian Fjord Cruise.🇳🇴 After getting fuelled with coffee and a good breakfast we walk off the ship for our first time in Norway. Welcome to Bergen. It's Sunday and a the city seems very quiet but the weather is awesome! Not what we expected at all! Come for a walk through the town, up the funicular (railway), walk down the mountain ( are we lost? ) and end up at one of our favourite places... an Irish Pub!? 🤣 What a beautiful Day!!!! A funicular is a type of railway that uses a cable system to pull passenger cars up and down steep slopes. It's characterized by two carriages permanently attached to opposite ends of a haulage cable, which is looped over a pulley at the top of the track.
