We thought getting off Carnival Venezia in NYC would be the hard part… but then we had to figure out getting from the Manhattan Cruise Terminal to LaGuardia Airport. In this travel day video, we take you through our Carnival Venezia disembarkation in New York City, from walking off the ship at the Manhattan Cruise Terminal to leaving the busy cruise port area and ordering a rideshare to LGA. We compare what Uber and Lyft were showing, share what our ride actually cost, and show how long it took to get from the NYC cruise port to LaGuardia Airport. Disembarkation day is never our favorite day of cruising, but this one moved pretty fast once we left the room. The real question became: now what? We also ran into something at LaGuardia we didn’t expect — arriving too early to check bags — before finally heading toward the Chase Sapphire Lounge and continuing the next part of our travel day.
