Grenada: Things to See and Do on a Day Trip

With only a day to explore Grenada, I made the most of my time. I joined an impromptu group of travelers and hired a driver to take us around the island. We traveled in a mini-bus to various places, including a spice demonstration, Annandale Waterfall and Forest Park, Fort Frederick, and the Grand Anse Beach. I then joined a powerboat excursion for snorkeling to see the Underwater Sculpture Park. It was a fabulous day and Grenada is now one of my favorite Caribbean Islands. For solo travelers, Grenada is a friendly and safe environment. For senior travelers, the mini-bus allowed us to travel effort free.
