This was our first time to Sitka Alaska and it did not disappoint. We did the Wild Life Quest and Fin Island Lodge excursion through Holland America. The staff on the boat was amazing and very informative, they knew exactly where to go to find the whales. They did not disappoint... Our excursion started with a quick trip over to Fin Island for some amazing all you can eat Prime Rib, Crab, Salmon chowder and breakfast amenities. They did not skimp on anything and there were no limits in regards to how many times you could go back. We didn't go crazy but we didn't leave hungry either. To top it off we also had some campfire Smore's. It was a very nice touch to the end of a great meal in the cold weather. We had an amazing tour of the local wildlife and sea urchins topping it off with many whale sittings. We stayed in the port for some shopping but they do offer a free shuttle into town if that is what you desire. We highly recommend this excursion. Please like subscribe and hit the notification bell.
