About our Bacon Score methodologyYouTube Video Descriptionβ
http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com Once on the very attractive Midnatsol, we got busy registering our cruise card to charge all incidentals on board ship, explored, and picked up copious amounts of information given out daily by Hurtigruten. Temperatures, latitudes, tours, cities, distances from port-to-port, times, polar nights, etc... A person could get a rupture just lifting the handouts. At 6:00 p.m. sharp, passengers were allowed into their cabins where luggage awaited outside the cabin door. Inside the cabin was even more information that included two fantastic books telling about each and every port during the voyage, sights and Norway facts. ex-Marine (husband, Steve) and I decided to unpack first and then eat (a wise decision - most passengers made a bee-line to the restaurant first for the dinner buffet). Happy birthday to me...happy birthday to me...in Norwegian...and the cruise was off to a fantastic beginning.
