About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

Locals claim Mystery Island is haunted with ghosts that’s why it’s uninhabited. We were on the Royal Princess anchored between Aneityum And Mystery Island, Vanuatu. Access to Mystery Island was via water shuttle from the ship's lifeboats. Our day started out with a slight overcast that went sideways!! The minute we docked at the pier torrential downpours crashed upon us! We stuck to our plan walking the entire island in downpours! We basically turned lemons into lemonade. The complete walk around the island took roughly an hour and a half as we stopped and looked at what the island has to offer. The air strip is one of the things everyone talks about so we had to visit it and try to purchase a flight to Boston. During World War II the United States Military built the air strip that is still in existence today. The island airport is used for flights twice a week for the neighboring inhabited Aneityum Island. The airport is basically a grass airstrip, which gets small plane flights twice weekly from Port Vila via Tanna Island
