Have you ever experienced sunset from the decks of a cruise ship? Well, here’s a shot from tonight - I’m currently cruising onboard Rotterdam, the newest cruise ship from Holland America Line. Sometimes the sunsets are all about the view of the sun actually dropping over the horizon, and other times it’s this - the effect it has on the entire sky! I’m onboard for 21 nights, so I’ve hopefully got plenty more sunsets to experience before leaving the ship. On this cruise, we’re exploring the Caribbean, and also entering the Panama Canal! Sunset in the Caribbean is around 5.30pm at this time of year (November), so my favourite late afternoon activity is to grab a drink, go for a walk around the top decks, and soak it all in - it’s absolutely stunning out there every single day!
