Holland America Koningsdam Balcony Cabin 11009 Room Tour-2025 One of the best balcony rooms we stayed during cruising. Clean and spacious with a soothing color tone and lots of sunlight filtering in. Adequate power outlets located throughout the room. Bed was comfortable and enough pillows were provided. An umbrella and bathrobes ready for guests to use when in need. That was a very thoughtful gesture. Motion detect night lights are strategically placed near bathroom area and a built-in light feature in the large mirror ensure guests feels comfortable when using the bathroom at night. Liquid hand soap and hand lotion were a plus point too as some cruise ships use bar soap and lotion were not provided. Glass panel doors were installed in the bathroom instead of shower curtains was another plus point. Most importantly, our room was kept clean throughout our 11 day cruise!
