Creator's Key Takeaways

I definitely recommend if you're in Hong Kong it's really easy and it's really cheap

Hong Kong has loads of fun connected escalators that go the way up the hill for some reason apparently these escalators over 800 meters long

Hong Kong's Botanical Gardens and zoo which is completely free to come in so that's report it's mostly birds some creepy looking from INGOs and things but for free nice very cool

we then got back on the ferry you just get a little token and you go through onto the ferry again we weren't gonna do an actual sightseeing tour but the person at the ticket booth pretty much told us it was pointless and we should just go on the normal very so we save some money

Creator's Tips & Advice

βœ“make sure you wear comfortable shoes
βœ“use the free shuttle from the ship to a train station
βœ“take the ferry across to the other side of Hong Kong for cheap views

YouTube Video Description↓

Join us for a day in Hong Kong! We visited Hong Kong onboard the Golden Princess and tried to fit as much into one day as possible, Including the Star Ferry, Hong Kong observation wheel and Hong Kong botanical gardens. We started the day by getting a free shuttle put on my Princess to a train station. From there we got a train, a ferry and then used 800 metres of escalators to get to the top of the hill! (Stopping off in M&S) Next we visited the Hong Kong botanical gardens, which is free! I found a 'western' toilet there which I was very happy about... Afterwards, we headed back down the hill, took a ride on the Hong Kong observation wheel. The wheel is only around Β£2 per person for a 15 minute ride which I thought was a bargain! We headed back via the Star Ferry (also very cheap, around 50p ( less than $1) and finished our day with some shopping. Usually, these vlogs have more Golden Princess content in them but we were out for the full day and were exhausted when we got back onboard. Please consider subscribing, we went onto Keelung after this before heading to Japan. There is so much I want to show and tell you all! - - - DISCLAIMER: Our descriptions may contain affiliate links. (You could win a cruise!) I’ve been nominated as favourite cruise blogger in the Wave awards and it would mean SO much to me if I could have your vote. (I run this blog in my spare time and work full time in a non-cruising industry so I feel extremely lucky to have been nominated at all). It only takes 30 seconds to do and you don’t have to fill in any of the other categories if you don’t want to. If I could vote for you as best cruise blog readers I would!! It means more to me than you could ever know! http://www.worldofcruising.co.uk/vote
