Hey sailors, To be able to work onboard cruise ships, you first need to have the right documents but unfortunately, they are not cheap. Today, I go over the basic documents you will need to get to be able to work on cruise ships, and how much you can expect to spend on each. This is a general overview. Depending on the cruise line and the job you are going to do, you may have to get all the paperwork I list, or half, or more, but your employer will brief you on what you will need to get. The total amount of money you will need to spend if you are getting your documents in the UK will be around £2,082- £2,482. Watch the video to get the break down off this total cost.
