Creator's Key Takeaways
It's not that it's bad, it just doesn't quite match with what I had in mind. And that's my fault.
If you're looking for a lively party atmosphere on the ship, then this won't be the one for you.
The ship is so modern, luxurious, and the crew members are so lovely as well. They really are friendly and do a lot for everybody.
I wouldn't rush to recommend it to everyone in my age group. I think it is more suited for retired couples if I'm honest.

I thought a Seine River cruise aboard VIVA BEYOND would be the perfect girls’ trip. Beautiful French destinations, an all-inclusive ship and a relaxing week with my friend sounded ideal. But once we were onboard, we realised it wasn’t quite the right match for us. In this honest VIVA Cruises review, I share what we loved, what surprised us and the reasons the experience didn’t suit the trip we had imagined. I cover the cabins, food, drinks, atmosphere, entertainment, outdoor spaces, destinations and some unexpected aspects of river cruising. That doesn’t mean VIVA BEYOND is a bad ship. In fact, it could be perfect for a different type of traveller. This is simply our honest experience, along with who I think this cruise would and wouldn’t suit. Would you choose a river cruise for a girls’ trip?
